"Good healthy options, thankfully"
They do have a lot of fresh, healthy choices, which is the main reason I keep ordering from here. I order often, and while I wish everything was a bit more consistent sometimes, I do appreciate having a decent healthy option nearby.

"Really attentive staff"
I had a good experience here. The staff were really attentive and seemed to genuinely care about making sure everything was okay. I’m guessing they must have good training or just a solid team culture, because the service felt very thoughtful.

I’ve been to westville a few times now, the location is probably my favorite thing about it. It’s really easy to get to after work and never feels like I’m going out of my way (which is a big deal when I’m already tired).
I don’t have to overthink plans or deal with a long trip, so it’s kind of an easy yes when friends want to meet up. It works well for a quick dinner or a casual lunch, and sometimes that convenience is exactly what you need...

"Solid vegan options that don’t feel like an afterthought"
I’ve ordered from Westville a few times now, their vegan stuff is really good. You can kind of read between the lines with some places and tell the vegan options are just there to check a box, but this doesn’t feel like that at all. The market sides and veggie plate are my go-tos, and everything has shown up fresh, filling, and actually satisfying. Definitely something I’d order again.

"Arrived right on time"
My food showed up right on time and was still warm, which was really nice. The driver was friendly too. Simple, smooth, and useful when you just want dinner without any hassle.

"So many easy options to choose from"
I really like how much variety Westville has on the menu. Some days I’m in the mood for a burger, and other times I just want a plate of veggies or a simple salad, and it’s all right there. Even the little mix-and-match veggie options make it feel less boring. It’s one of those places that works well when everyone’s craving something different and nobody can make a decision.

"Food was okay, nothing too memorable"
I tried Westville and thought the food was fine overall, just not really anything that stood out to me. A few things tasted fresh, which I appreciated, but some of the dishes were kind of bland and could’ve used more seasoning. Anyway, it wasn’t bad by any means, I just expected a little more flavor. I’d probably order again if I happened to be nearby, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

"Just didn’t feel very fresh this time"
I don’t know, this order just wasn’t as good as usual. The veggies kind of tasted like they’d been sitting around a bit, not totally spoiled or anything, but definitely not fresh either. I kept hoping it was just one bite, but the whole thing had that older veggie taste, so yeah, a little disappointing this time.

"Booking Ahead Should’ve Made This Easier"
I made a reservation ahead of time because I expect things to be a bit more organized when you plan in advance. Unfortunately, I still ended up waiting way longer than I think is reasonable. I don’t mind a short delay, but this felt like the reservation didn’t really matter.

I ordered from Westville and the food was bland. the fries showed up soggy, and the salad tasted kinda old, like it had been sitting around too long. for what they charge, I really expected better. probably wouldn’t order again.

"Turned out fine after the wait"
In the end, it was a good experience. The food came out tasty and the staff were really nice. We did have to wait longer than we expected, which was a bit frustrating, but once everything arrived, it was fine.

I’ve ordered from Westville a bunch of times now, and they is always consistent. The food usually shows up fresh, the portions is decent, and it tastes how I expect every time, which I really like. Not much else to say, just a solid spot I keep going back to

I stopped by Westville last week, and my first impression was good. It had that simple, cozy kind of setup with warm lighting, and it didn’t feel overly fancy or uptight, which I usually appreciate.
That said, once the place filled up, it got loud fast, and the tables felt a little too close for my taste. Nothing was really wrong with it, but my gut feeling was that it’s better for a quick casual meal than a long, relaxed catch-up where you actually want to hear each other.

I was hungry and definitely not in the mood to mess around, so I ordered dinner online. The site was straightforward, which I appreciated, and the food showed up right on time. No problems at all, so I’d use it again.

I was happy with the overall order once everything was sorted. There was a problem at the start, which was a bit frustrating and not the smoothest experience. But customer support got back to me quickly and fixed it, so I’m satisfied in the end

Yeah... support took forever to reply, it just wasn’t very helpful when they finally did. I was already frustrated by that point, so the whole experience felt disappointing

"I had a nice time..."
I had a nice time overall. The staff were really friendly and easy to chat with, which made the place feel welcoming. There was a point where the service slowed down a bit, and I did feel kind of rushed toward the end, but I’d still go back.
